Walton Charity is committed to providing the best service possible. We welcome compliments, comments and complaints about our services and constructive suggestions about how we can improve further.
We recognise that occasionally things go wrong and you may wish to make a complaint if we have not provided the services you expected. Initially we will endeavour to resolve things informally and will offer to meet you to have a discussion. If it is not possible to resolve matters informally, we will go through a formal complaints procedure.
